I think both companies developed same product? Doesn't cisco has a product like this? Why can't they invest more.

What do they do? Well, to put it politely... it seems their primary goal might be extracting money from investors. I wouldn't be surprised if their products turn out to be less than legitimate.
@xtp+1iNkwSg9 Nile is the latest ponzi "give me more VC money" scheme from ex-Cisco leaders. Maybe their net worth dipped below $500 million and they need to fill the coffers.
What does Niles do exactly?? Sounds more like the Netgear router sitting in my closet...
