Yeah, but they certainly had bullets couple of years ago on the downside (eliminate permian cost of living 20% premium, removal of 401K match etc)...
Guess those must have been gold bullets.

That speaks volumes. People didnt do it because they didnt think it would result in any changes and therefore wasn't worth their time.

I don't know how much clearer this feedback could be.

They sure can cut the premium fast but have to hire a team of cl sultanas apparently to study it for years before we can get reasonable compensation back. This company is dying. Go somewhere else where you can actually share in the bo-m not just shoulder the bust.

If they share how great the business results are and have nothing to share about plans to reduce attrition other than saying they are studying it I will lose my mind! I’m actively applying for jobs because I already know what the answer will be. They have no plan other than to keep as much of the money for themselves and share nothing with us. Other companies would have big fat bonuses this year. What do we get? The promise that their benchmarking says we are overpaid and we should be thanking them for not firing us.

Don’t forget a few jabs at supervisors for causing all the attrition. If those damn supervisors would just administer the flex your day program properly people would stop quitting!

Doing something about attrition is top of mind. We have a committee working on it and are influencing upwards to the sun god who is the only one authorized to make any meaningful change.
