The only thing I hope for now is a package, so I can finally leave this place in peace and forget about this absolutely awful leadership. Unfortunately, I think that a poll would probably show that more than half of the employees think the same.

GEORGE: I didn't get a buy-out package.
JERRY: Just forget it. Let it go.
GEORGE: Um, excuse me, I - I think you forgot my buy-out package?
MANAGER: Buyout package? -- $2 extra.
GEORGE: $2? But everyone in front of me got a free buyout package!
MANAGER: You want a buyout package?
GEORGE: Yes, please.
MANAGER: $3!
GEORGE: What?
MANAGER: No buyout package for you! [snaps fingers] Come back, 1 year! Next!
Well now, don’t forget about that all important D&I number…. What a joke.
Had an email today from a senior Global Tech manager thanking us for our feedback on the ESAT. Had a bullet point highlighting one of our strengths as - The quality of our managers and the genuine interest they take in each of you.
Someone is delusional.
If you really wanted to leave you wouldn’t wait for a package.
