Was the titles declared surplus completely voluntary or is a force adjustment coming? For the recent sept 25 deadline.

Surplus??? We’ve hardly got anyone left!
Voluntary, except for post 2003 hires. And, an EISP MUST be offered before they can start laying off those employees with hire dates after 2003. Contract doesn't expire until late 2026, so fear not at this time, my child(ren).
