Bruh, I got a 10k increase, 100 bonus % and a 35k stock bonus.

100% bonus? You mean IPF of 100%? That's the IPF for slackers. Slackers typically don't get RSUs. 10k increase may be around 5%. That's 2% above what slackers get. That all does not add up.

Dear Fran, Chuck and Scott

Do you really think we are all gullible enough to believe this line of Talent movement cr-p?

Functions have been tagged for talent movement and we all know, there are not enough posted jobs to support the functions that have been tagged. And worse yet, is we are all talking about the game of tagging individuals in functions for recruiters to call, as these are the ones we really want to get rid of from our teams.

So, pass the word folks, Cisco leadership is being incredibly deceitful. Don't play along. just force them to layoff people!

Scott thinks this little strategy will work and we are all laughing at him, the entire leadership team. Can't wait to see this in papers especially after people figure out they were targeted! Don't kid yourself folks there is list with specific names!!

Seems like they did this before they checked for Market Adjustments so all the sudden those that would have had an adjustment don't but now their Bonus % is smaller and their salary is magically "within market competitive ranges".
