I saw some said there will inflation comp adjustment and RSU grant in October. Managers have not been notified and not aware of such a news. Might be true but cannot be verified.

Doesn't matter how much, if anything, they bump compensation. They will always be behind the curve.
The same post said old RSU grants would be adjusted.
If you believe that, I have an Intel 3nm fab to sell you.
There will be no hike.
yes it is true. Coming up in October. Manager won't have idea right now. HR and Pat working together for adjustment.
How about layoff? Have managers gotten notification?
