There was consideration of some sort of COLA as of a few months ago but if that was to happen I would have expected it to be announced with todays prerecorded holiday concert with junior varsity Maroon Five and Kelly Ripa.

Definitely not trolling. Everyone I know across BU’s got 15% pay bump.
Hey troll, nobody get that kind of increase in pay, wishful thinking.
Were any of you surprised with 15% pay bump? Everyone I’ve talked to says they expected 2-3% so when they had their EOY manager meeting and were given the high bump it kind of surprised them.
Yes. We do. I am suffering financially and badly. But I do a ton of work well above and beyond my role and I am at a measles grade 2. Just use the few hundred characters you have in the Pulse Survey. Barley any outlets for this.
Oh, you must be young. There will be no cost of living increases. Instead, there will be deep layoffs. The people that remain will be told they are lucky to have a job. Those people will also work WAY more to compensate for the layoffs. Good times at Fidelity.

We do but with the market down it is not going to happen. If the market does not come back fast the opposite is going to happen - RIF. Not to go political but if the White House doesn't stop giving money away the Fed will have to continue raising the rates and the market will keep going down.
Good luck
