I know exactly where they can stick that IPhone.
When you are $130B in debt and have put extensive cost cutting measures in place there is only so much can do.
On a similar note if you went out to the heart walk auction site that was up a couple of weeks ago they had 5 year old devices available. One that stood out was the Samsung S7. Others from the same era were also out there. That was embarrassing.

At least they didn’t ask you for ideas which they would take for free for the chance of a phone. They love to do that.

You'd think a global telecomm corporation of our size would maybe be able to give away 1000 or ok, AT LEAST 100 iPhones in an employee sweepstakes.
You can be sure the VP's on up as well as their families that want them get the new iPhone 14 Pro without too much difficulty. I.E. the "fell off the truck" sale.

Another slap in the face of the T retirement community! We should have an opportunity to win a free phone too, no fair! The treat us retirees like mushrooms, they feed us cr-p, and keep us in the dark. I spent 40 years climing poles, a free phone would surely come in handy.
