lol; I don’t do anything not work related on Intel internet except for the rare time I need to place a pick up order at a restaurant
I currently work at Intel.
This board is blocked on intel employee internet. If they aren't scared of a few trolls, they should unblock this board. Shows you how much they can stand genuine criticism.
If you even show a hint of criticism to your managers approach, you automatically get slotted for VSP by giving you no raises and no stocks/RSUs.
Internal promotions are just based on likes and dislikes rather than actual performance.
The current stock price is a good reflector of what a mutual admiration society does in the long term to a successful company.
I worked at Intel many years ago.
It was once great but I could see the writing on the wall (mobile phone trend) and left before the BK disaster.
I’m just here for the popcorn entertainment.
Management has truly fvked up an American iconic company. They will study this in Harvard business school on how NOT to manage a company in the face of change.

When you miss a pivot in technology the winds of change and competitors are a fierce headwinds. Very few recoveries actually materialize in business. Technology is especially difficult and even with politics and subsidies can’t make up for fundamental business and economic conditions.
Total FUBAR situation for Pat and the company.
