I used to consider working here a career but now it's just a job that I'm going to replace at some point, hopefully soon. I stomached a lot of things over the years but watching good people get PIPed for no good reason made me realize no matter what I do I'll never be safe here. That ki---d my drive but also gave me a kick in the behind I needed to start applying for other jobs. I'll take that as an overall positive.

You’re right. You will never get a fair shake unless you’re in management Get out while your young. This place breads ignorance and incompetence.
