Zas is in way over his head. He overpaid for the acquisition of Warner Media. Warner Media was not worth $10B. Of course at&t overpaid for Warner Media when they bought it.

So happy Zas has that hot tater now! Zas way over paid for Warner Media, Stankey really hoodwinked Zas. Zas should not have paid over $10B with no debt for Warner. Now Zas wants to merge with Universal. Would not surprise me if all these media companies go belly up within the next year. Millenials, gen Z and x'ers could care less about movies, theatres, and the like. It's a dying industry, kinda like satellite tv.
