Did they send out the result yet? What's everyone getting?

I am very happy with my new compensations this time
I got less than inflation.
(Which is currently at 9% per year).
Less than 3%. The RSU may be able to buy my kid a big Mac. Thank you CR.
I got a 50% raise, $750,000 in RSUs and a pony.
Hello Chuck :D
I got a 50% raise, $750,000 in RSUs and a pony.
Got a 1.9% raise, then gave my boss the middle fingah.
If you get something this week when does it go into effect?
Salary raise: Oct 25.
RSUs: the same as every year. November ... I think November 20?

It’s been radio silence from my manager which might not be the best sign. It would be nice to at least know what my IPF is so it’s not a huge surprise come Friday.
Were grade promotions part of this?
55+ hours a week, massive upskilling, getting sh*t done. Meant nothing. Nothing at all.
Growing real skills and maintaining a work ethic will mean a lot to your next employer. Find one who appreciates it.
lol. I got a 7% raise ... but I don't work for Cisco.
Career advice from The Offspring:
“Well I guess I should stick up for myself
But I really think it's better this way
The more you suffer
The more it shows you really care
Right?
Yeah yeah yeah”
From the looks of this, Cisco's leadership is expecting there to be just enough employees with low self-esteem to enable the company to keep the lights on.
I’m so glad I didn’t stick around for an addition 6 months waiting for this round of raises. I knew they were full of sh-t.
Got dinged to less than 100% IPF because “you make more than other people and I needed more money to give to people lagging behind you” and a manager who got angry when I told him calling the bonus remix a salary raise was misleading and inaccurate
No raise at all. No RSU. Nothing.
Ok, well. I consider this a firing. Bye.

Some of the raises and promotions are happening in teams which has seen massive attrition in recent times. I my SE team we have lost around 6-7 people since January. Only a couple have been backfilled. So, a couple were promoted recently. Presumably because they have the budget and management wants to put on a show that they "are promoting people". Some of the people who left rightfully claimed dead-end career and at least one or two higher grades were pushed out - "quiet firing".
No raise, which I was hoping for. Got RSUs - guess it's better than nothing; but probably going to be worth a lot less by the time they vest.
3%? Got way more than me!
what a crock of cr-p. 3%. low stock grant. .84 payout. time to leave for a real increase! over giving years to the self involved wannabe celebrities we call executives. Why is it that our SLT can travel all over world for Formula 1 racing bullsh-t, but sales can't travel to see customers? this place has lost its minds. can you say not too big to fail!
Everyone is getting a link on being woke and how it helps the greater good. It should be a mandatory training too..

I got scissors. You win.
I got a rock.
