So if you’re not happy with what you got, what do you say? Do you say anything at all? Do you just act like it’s alright or do you speak your mind, let your manager know how you feel?

I'm just going to do as little work as possible now. Let them lay me off. I don't like being lied to. I'm done.

I worked way to hard for too many years to be treated this way.

I'm sure they want attrition. But funny how this works, the ones that did get raises are going to leave anyway.

Many of the actual best tend to get overlooked as well because they work hard and spend little time kissing backside.

So, you lose the meh types who got the raises and you lose the hard workers who didn't.

If you’re unhappy with your raise, just quit. Cisco sucks ba--s for nearly everyone grade 12 and below nowadays. Take your skill set elsewhere at get a minimum of a 20% raise but typically more than 30%.

Chuck and the ELT lie. Year after year they lie and like a su---r, you continue to believe them. The best predictor I’d future behavior is past behavior.

Told ya that you would be disappointed. ELT lied about raises (unless all the raise funds went to them).

didnt everyone get an awesome raise with the "re-mix". Sheesh , you guys are insatiable

The remix was explicitly not a raise, inflation adjustment or adjustment to industry wide salary. That was supposed to come with this week's focal. For me, this week's focal was barely noticeable better than last year's. I feel cheated. Very much.

The only raise your gonna see is Chuck raising his nuts before he drops it into your mouth

It's virtually impossible not getting a raise. What matters is that your raises do not only keep up with inflation but also with your contributions.

If your raises only keep up with inflation, then your salary is always as low as what new hires get at your initial grade level (6?).

Your raises should keep up with typical job offers to new hires at your current grade level. Preferably, it should be higher as you don't need to get trained.
