Chapter model shouldn't be applied to all of IT. Parts of it is fine. But some roles make no sense to be in the chapters and the quick rotations.
Yep seen way worse but like some of the topics and candid responses given. Chapter model needs to be fixed…
It was pretty good as far as these things go. I have seen far worse. That thing at the end was kind of ridiculous, haha.

Didn’t answer any of questions people wanted to hear. Avoided most of the inflation and compensation questions. Answered some in circles.
