Have you seen the latest entry on employee homepage about happiness? It reads like a comedy skit...specifically the example journal entry. It's too much. What are they thinking with this cr-p? Almost makes it worse to post something like that to encourage camaraderie about RTO.

They are trying to tell you that you can be a happy employee, when you start working somewhere else.

Associates in Group 1, please report to conference room 1 for RIF. Associates in Group 2, please report to conference room 2 for kool-aid. Imagine an environment so toxic, even FB feels the need to post rah-rah touchy-feely stuff on Fuel....
The key point to recognize is, Fiserv leadership actions are counterproductive. Reducing expenses without a plan to generate revenue has been current "strategy" since the merger, but anyone with half a brain can recognize that strategic investments in the midst of reductions would be necessary. Leadership appears to lack common sense as all the reductions (RIFs) and continued withholding of resources are and will continue to result in revenue reductions.
