Look for a bit of house cleaning to come soon in GSSO. First expect SM to be gone. The big news is VW will be out too. I am not sure of other moves beyond that, but I wish it could go down a level below VW to get rid of the S&P person who ticks off everyone she comes into contact with.

The engineer decrease that you reference above is not coming from MK but from EK. They want a less than 1-1 ratio of TSA to CSS. Some kind of bogus productivity garbage.
Agree with OP, more house cleaning is needed in GSSO. There will be more CSSs and TSAs that leave also due to VW and his SED, MK.
These two do not know how to run an organization. Their dishonesty, lack of transparency and accountability with Gold Rush is unacceptable for any leader especially at that level. VW refuses to accept responsibility for Gold Rush and will not address it with us sellers who were impacted.
Our RM has made it clear that MK is reducing the number of TSAs so we better be able to handle more technical discussions. Our RM has shared that MK wants to pool them with C2E and Agile TSA. MK does not want to try to justify the value of the TSA. He is only trying to put the TSAs into C2E and then ultimately Agile TSA to honor his commitment to EK and get his next career position.
We have already lost so many excellent people due to dishonesty from VW and the C2E and Agile TSA direction that MK is taking.
