Just my opinion. I don't know if there are any ways to prevent it?

Every single IGS project is a disaster, we've become completely incompetent.
True. The GM wants to control everything. I heard today that a very good PM was let go. I don’t understand what they are trying to do. There are changes everyday and complete lack of stability in the organization. This way the company is definitely not going to make any money.
What happened to Amazon? Who is responsible for the debacle?
And you can bet that the one responsible for the Amazon debacle will not be held to account and will continue to receive millions each year.
Might be your opinion but you are correct. The big hit is coming next year, we are just seeing the start of it. There are a lot of chickens coming home to roost ;)
There’s going to cuts all through out mid Next year unless the Amazon is replaced by some other customer. As projects keep getting turned over, cuts will increase.
Yep. Management is not capable enough to cut costs any other way except maybe offshoring.
