If managers and supervisor’s main purpose are just to perform transactional tasks (follow procedures, approve timesheets,etc) then AI could be a realistic replacement because they already aren't doing anything that a computer can't do. AI can potentially eliminate biases in performance assessments and career progression.

Crazy 8 Ball could replace most senior Executives.
Just the announcement of replacing EM Executives with Crazy 8 Ba--s would make our stock price jump.
