Only a beta blames leadership. Do what you need to without waiting for a leader to guide you.

Wall Street analysts should take note?

You don't think they are? HON is doing exactly what they want. Get revenue in while cutting costs (labor).

Wall Street is not an employee's friend.

We get a message 3 hrs into hurricane first making landfall. Not 3 hrs after it passed. Total disregard for its employees welfare and the welfare of our families. Literally the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. Many of us were under Mandatory evacuation ORDERS by the state. No one was even supposed to be here. Period. Let’s follow every word our corrupt government mandates about vaccines even when you know it’s wrong medically but totally disregard hurricane mandates when it suits Clearwater campus bottom line. It’s like a bipolar person is running this campus.

Clearwater employees:

File an OSHA complaint. File a class action lawsuit if anyone is hurt or injured while being forced to report to work. MM only cares about this quarter’s revenue and profit, and to put employees at risk when counties have told residents to stay home and not drive is unconscionable.

Anyone who reads these posts and is considering employment at Honeywell needs to understand that this is exactly how employees are treated.

Wall Street analysts should take note.

An odd email this morning from CLW site regarding the Honeywell Humanitarian Relief Fund - directing that if we needed support to call a phone number

The odd part is that it says “The HR health team is available to take your calls from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Philippines Standard Time. If that is not convenient, you can send an email to the above address.“

Philippines, really?

@tsk+1iXZfjI9,

As human beings, managers and other leadership have a responsibility to make sure their employees and families are safe and not exposed to unnecessary risk. Employees should not have to spend time and energy pleading for exceptions in the midst of a multi-state disaster. Lack of caring is exactly the issue—the very definition of sociopathy.

As a corporation, the plant has to make every effort to remain open. You should be talking to your supervisor directly, so that accomodations for your specific situation can be made. It has nothing to do with the fact that leadership doesn't care.

Mandatory evacuations don't mean sh*t to leadership.... it's all about revenue not the safety and well-being the employees

Remember when mgrs called employees directly to ask how they were doing? What a joke. This company fails at so many simple human things.

1st shift starts at 6am. So, lets drive in the dark with debris on the roads so the guy that doesnt even start work till 9am to get on a meeting via internet from their recliner gets their bonus.

How exactly would I contact my manager? No power. No home phone for my manager? Manager is probably also OOO.

Same situation here. Likelihood of serious mission impacting quality problems when workforce is distracted and angry? 100%
I wonder what a failure from operator error costs?

I hope CLW leadership sees this. If one worker is injured driving in Thursday, I will file a lawsuit against each and everyone one of you on the site leadership council! This is not an idle threat! This is a solemn promise!
