Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Thoughts on KM's performance?

I didn't give it much thought about KM coming into the company and getting gobs of stock. But now I'm not so sure about her performance. Morale was bad in 2020 BUT I have never seen it this BAD. I do not think she is helping. Thoughts on this?

Please somebody give us a list of KM’s contributions.

From these posts, I learned that KM is paid more than $20,009 PER HOUR, and has only contributed WE3, at a location with a surplus of cubicles.

What else has KM achieved?

KM is another XOM snake 🐍

She seems to hate the Spring Campus and is torturing its occupants with the threat of WE3.

It sure must be difficult to justify $3 million per month compensation when you do not lead a money making portion of the company.

Optimizing cubicles will not affect the bottom line, but will promote attrition.

Idk she's not that hot really, maybe in younger days. At least not like the HR lady. Wow, she totally rocks me

KM is known for her cost cutting focus. Seems to be her MO at the last two companies. This is not a bad trait but given how deep XOM already cut, the next round is going into jeopardizing operations. She’s pushing the service lines into MSP territory and they are only staying afloat due to the slim base of internal XOM experts. It’s on the verge of failure all around. So, indirectly, she can make a positive change, but instead she’s focused on creating revenue from unused office space in Houston… not saying it’s a bad idea per se, but a bit penny wise and pound foolish.

Based on the $16,500,000 for first 5 months of work: that is $340 per minute, or $5.73 every second of the working day.

Must be amazing performance to earn that as a New Hire.

KM earned $20,625 while watching a 1 hour new hire online safety orientation video.

The amount of stock given to KM in first 5 months as new hire (186,400 shares) ($16,500,000) was astronomical without any measurable achievements as a basis for such compensation.

After that unjustifiable compensation amount paid to KM, EM seems to have found some other way to pay new hire Board Level Executives because the next two new hire executives at that level have absolutely zero stock awards reported to NASDAQ on form 4’s.

It is a rumor that KM is the one pushing WE3 despite the excess of cubicles on campus. Destroying morale and inspiring attrition.

I'm guessing she's mystified by the fvcked up EM culture, but, ok with her compensation. Same story for many

Conversely, aren't the 'leaders' however the best ones to turn morale around?

Morale blows for a plethora of reasons, but I don’t think she’s one of them. Not saying she’s making it any better, but imo not making it to the list of reasons why this place is the worst
