Dividend increases means the company sees no opportunity for investment either internal or external. All those "No RDE, No Training, No Meetings, No travel, No learning, No researching, no future" emails now make sense... pennies for the masters.

Can’t convince investors to buy the stock based on future growth, new products, markets etc. Suck the company dry long enough for execs to keep their options above water, sell and then bail.
