This is why middle mgmt. stays intact… their only being instructed by the people up top and they have become puppets. Believe me, they will tell and do exactly what the upper mgmt. want them to do at all costs. They will lie, cheat, steal, and intimidate to keep their jobs for the hierarchy. The upper management are the filth(RDR, RVPs) and above are utter filth. It all trickles down to the DM then to the rep. And that’s were the cancer grows and the lack of credibility/dishonesty kicks in for the entire sales force. I hear the the people in Western and Southern regions(U.S) are paying a ridiculous price for being mismanaged…. I would not be surprised to see parts of the country going Union. This progressive, liberal upper management team is running the middle mgmt. and sales force Into the ground. They want to get rid of the Reps. To go Warehouse! If you don’t believe me wait till Mission1! GLTA…imo only! The Reps. Deserve All the CREDIT! Your being run by Diversity without credentials.
They won’t ship that, unless they need to hit a number! Than they will and blame the outgoing rep. The rep that takes over for you, that would be the one who has to eat it but now with policies in place to alleviate that it should not happen anymore! Reps uses to do that to each other when they switched territories. Management didn’t care! I have no idea what DM’s do other than get drink and sc--w the young interns! Worthless! If they want to same money, that’s where they start!
How does that stick it to management, exactly? Sounds to me you just put the merchandiser in a position of unnecessary work and probably on the wrong side of the store’s wrath. Glad they kept you around!
Heck, our DM would/will just ship product without our knowledge....talk about unethical! It goes way beyond that with this company, unethical isn't even close to the right word.
Unethical in the old days? I remember my DM forcing me to do that every single quarter.
First day of every quarter he’d flip out on me for already being down after I had to skip 10 orders.

The things we have to do to hit a number… in the old days that would be unethical but be it that these are the new days underneath an unethical mgmt. team, I would say knock your socks off! Don’t forget to take mandated pics on product we don’t have and then the company says how great their doing!😳😂
