So, do managers go to a$$ho-e school? Except for my last two managers, they have always been pr!cks. I figure that there must be some common training that they all go through. I have brought legitimate quality issues to management, but they are pros at deflection! If an employee brings a legitimate quality issue, management turns it around against the employee..like, "How dare you bring up an issue! You created more work for me!. STFU and be a cog in the wheel." This is why Intel is failing. In addition, INTC has become a social experiment. Intel is more interested in hiring folks with GED's, than hiring techs with actual hard sciences degrees (as techs). This is because, "Diversity," has become more important than making a world class product. Good luck Intel, You'll need it!!!

Hurry Curry, Michael Burry.
"curry" favor
I see what you did there.
The preferred Intel candidate is the VPs wife. Guaranteed hire and a pathway to curry favor with upper-middle management.
Many managers only have degrees from unknown schools in India. They manage engineers with US degrees from US good schools. They only promote engineers original from India or from countries with similar culture.
Subcontinentals do not need to go to school to act like this, theirs is a corrupt nepotist culture. They are hardwired to behave in this manner.
This is classic Intel. They have been hiring "diversity candidates" for years now.
But don't worry, it will buff out in the end.
I see that am outside hater had a bad day. Hope you fell better tomorrow buddy !
I’m here for a short time and now I already give up because of that.
Typical third world culture.
Just what I was thinking!
