Thread regarding First American Corp. layoffs

Maricopa Direct Division Sales

I was in sales Maricopa Direct Division. I came into a branch and I was told by a couple of employees how bad it was. It did not seem possible that conditions could be that bad and sustained for such a long period of time. I found out first hand that management had no intention to fix major problems. The branch manager was a major creeper. She trusted me and thought that I would be like my sales manager, his manager and the previous sales person. She thought that I would accept her unethical behavior. I was totally disgusted with her actions toward me and other employees and insider manager and HR communications. My situation was not isolated. I will always remember this group of people and the company that stood behind them. I will always tell my experiences with detail. I was never a member of the First American family.

Who cares don't be too concerned. So many managers believed they were able to manage the way they did compartmentalizing employee situations and escape scrutiny and repercussions. So many long term employees looked the other way afraid to address branch issues. Don't think for a second these people got away with it. They do not have to think very hard about the price they paid, I know many that have been whacked hard by a large karma stick.
