Every call I get is disconnecting lines/entire accounts. Why doesn’t Verizon reverse the bs before they lose everything. No cellular service and highest prices around is a recipe for disaster. T-Mo is far and away the best provider in all aspects. He-l, I refuse to switch to employee account since Tmobile is cheaper even with the discount. More customers are opening their eyes. This company is destroying itself, much like Brandon and his ilk on the left is intentionally destroying the USA.

The reasons people stayed with Verizon are now the sane reasons they are leaving.
They stayed with verizon for years because of the network which was great when IT/Tech support WAS US based and
knew what they were doing.
They stayed with verizon because customer service WAS US based and knew what they were doing.
They stayed with verizon because most stores USE to be corporate and knew what they were doing.
