Wells would be a pretty good company. I like my job, my compensation, and my team and other employees. What is your take?

I like my job and my team. I don’t like the constant threat of job cuts or the way too lean staffing.
You should read through the numerous posts here and learn what is really goimg on before expressing your unwanted opinion.
I’m so glad to be away from that place. My stress level is back to normal and I can actually sleep again.
Won't be "fine" until work location is up to mid-management and the blanket RTO policy is dead.
If it were not for the possible layoffs, a lot of companies would be fine.
