I was part of a department town hall earlier today and the words around the coming changes were not very calming. The person giving everyone the update is at a level that they obviously knows what is coming. Generic things communicated like the possibility of movement of people to other jobs, major structural changes and job cuts are all on the table. And though nothing concrete was communicated, it was way far away from signaling an all clear. It was certainly a get ready, it's coming. But stay focused. My assessment is that the previous posts of something "ugly" coming are likely on point.
I am being very general in my comments on purpose. I am sure all understand why.
