What’s the culture like there?
Any groups / managers to stay away from? Or good managers I’d want to report to?
Is RTO currently enforced in ECMO?
(Staying Internal for personal reasons so yes, yes, I already know WF is a huge mess but looking for info specifically on the ECMO team.)

I know some areas of ECMO are production / process model, but there are other areas that are not (e.g., Business Support, Governance, Capacity Planning, Technology support functions, Issues Management, etc.).

ECMO is a pyramid scheme and joining now would put you at the bottom. The ultimate purpose is to make us look busy and then fade into obscurity when the asset cap is removed. Join only if you have confidence that it will look good on a resume in 5 years time. Spoiler alert...

Layoffs are happening in ECMO I was a manager in the group let go last November. They are offshoring like crazy and the leadership is trash. Stay away from Chris Lee and Jason Woiydola worst leaders i have ever reported too.

Last I heard they were shedding people as they had over hired. From an outside perspective, work seems boring and mechanical.
