Since we don't fill out Im1ne anymore, how will HR know how much vacation you have already used?

Everyone is adults here. And hopefully honest. If not, the cost to Ford is miniscule so why should that even be a concern for Fo Mo Co?
My manager requires us to put # in our vacation meeting notices, ie 1 of 15, etc.
Nobody knows unless your Supervisor decides to track it themselves. Most do not.
You and your supervisor are supposed to track that.
I imagine your manager provides that information.
