My jump the shark moment for Farley is when he donned his racing jacket at the end of a Town Hall meeting and sat there with pride like 5 year old on Christmas Day. Mullaly was my kind of leader. He always remained focused on doing what he thought was right for the Ford oval. And he did an amazing job. I am sick and tired of the Farley podcasts, photo opps, racing appearances, etc. All while he makes bank at a disgusting rate AND having the workforce decimated in a very humiliating way.
Bill Ford you need to do something about the horrendous turn in culture in this company. Stop the woke bull*%it and save the legacy of the great Ford Motor Company. #FireFarley

JF can't even tie Musk shoe. JF has never delivered anything. What does he have to show? Musk has SPACE X, PAY PAL, Tesla Farley had never done anything except kiss a rearend and bobble his head up and down like a yes man. He is not motivational like a Musk or Alan. Billy even worse. wants so bad to leave a legacy. How are the Lions doing? What about that Train Station? If it were not for his name, he would have been told to leave. A pure stupid decision. All EV-intent automotive companies are chasing Tesla. The younger only want Tesla; the older trust Tesla.
I retired from an automotive OEM after 37 years, now living in Florida. The ONLY EV-charging stations that I have seen are TESLA. Until charging stations are around every corner like gas stations, nobody is going to buy EV. But if forced, Tesla brings confidence one can charge the car while out and about.
Tesla, so far, is ahead in this EV game.
I've said it multiple times, but I'm sick of every meeting mentioning Tesla at least 5x. Great, I fully understand by this point what Tesla is and does, maybe if we focus on our own house first instead of constantly sniffing their @ss and going through their garbage we could get something done.
