Has anyone heard anything about new set hours for full time per club managers. All full time associates are to be scheduled the same throughout the club. If your grandfathered in at 28 hours or something else, you have to sign something, saying that Is what you want to work? If the club manager decides 36 hours is what your full time is then its that. All up to the club manager. Anyone else getting wind of something like this?

At one time 37.50 was full time hours!

I agree 100%. The control freaks at home office aren't about to let anyone at club level make a decision----even club managers.
Over time every week up to 50 hours. Doubt they are going to cut at my club 🤣
Our club manager is cutting part timers really bad. If she can cut us full timers she will. I can't understand why though. Our sales are really good. Our sams share has been sucking, our mxvoices has been bad. Members want service, they don't want self checkouts. But she keeps cutting hours. I'm sure her bonus will be great.
Bentonville would never release that much power to a cm. If Bentonville did it would be the wild wild west for all markets.
IRS states 30 hours roughly can be considered full time, while OPM often states 32 hours.
I would have to look but per Payroll SOP, can't remember the name, I believe Walmart Inc allows 32 hours. But associates have to maintain an average of about 37 hours. If your club is saying 36 hours the club is just saving payroll. More sales and more members equals more hours.

Haven’t heard anything. I wouldn’t sign anything. People are working O.T. like crazy in our club so I can’t see that happening. Rumor?
