Cisco should terminate anyone who falls for phishing attempts. I am serious.

Chuckie should have known better than to sync his passwords.
And so should every employee. Some lazy d-mba$$ didn't follow policy and resulted in wasted people-hours spent making changes to our networks, making changes to applications to handle those network changes, changing passwords for applications and users, people getting locked out of their laptops for a day or more, the help desk not being able to work on anything other than users locked out of their laptops.
That ID-10-T caused me a ton of work I didn't need to do.
