Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

New COO

Anyone has any insights as to why appointing a COO now?
D's leaving?

Soon, its another company run by an Indian national. They will never need to hire a spin doctor or media publicist because their already so good at it constantly giving you the run around. Think IT service.

CEO wants more time to think great big strategic thoughts and develop employees. Personally. I think it's the classic play of having a fall guy under you to take the blame for failure while grabbing the spot light for any successes. Of course, COOs are often appointed to groom as replacements for CEO when he retires.

I am Gail H. Took me 10 months to see what a disgusting company Honeywell is. Fortunately, I have resigned. Good bye.

Me thinks the next Honeywell leader will be John Boy. His words and actions are very similar to DA's. Plus he is connected God.
