Farley's Existential Threat to Ford

Why does the Ford family allow elimination of thousands of employees in a year the company will make $11.5 - $12.5 billion in earnings before taxes?
Because Farley's goals are:

) Reinstate dividend for Ford family.
) Increase dividend for Ford family.
) Cut salaried employees to sustain dividend for Ford family & eliminate resistance to EV strategy.
Establish new business groups (Model E, Ford Blue, Ford Pro) that can be spun off in whole or in part for a special 1-time payout to Ford family and/or new stock issue for add'l dividends for Ford family.
Establish Ford Credit as a bank from which Ford can borrow in times of distress or as a loan funding source to sustain Ford family control.

In my opinion… Ford motor company is taking advantage of lower paid employees in developing nations. It all about the money.

Sad that Ford sales in North America will plummet. Ford has lost all future sales in my large extended family which amounts to 50 drivers.

There is this "MYTH" from Big mouth JF himself about too many people. If there are so many salaried workers as the comedian claims. Then why do you continue to staff Ford of Mexico and Brazil? They built a state-of-the-art design center in Mexico. I guess you know those folks in NA will be gone. They continue to staff PTI positions down there. even promote people so they stay. Now that is funny. So, it is not about the salaries of a NA vs the rest of the world.
Now back to our wonderful CEO. Can he name any product accomplishments he actually worked on form start to finish? We don't want to hear about product you come in after the fact through pain on it and take all the credit. We have enough of that already at Ford. Yeah, I hear crickets as well... empty bookshelf. But the real one with no successful track record is BF. How is that train station doing?
