70 people in calls to make decisions and rinse repeat the next call - too many people trusted to approve changes. Will blow up in a year. Any other departments like thiS?

Doesn’t ECMO have some kind of a change management program? Or are these different types of changes?
Yes, 70 people is a bit ridiculous.
They’re hiring in Manila, training them up, then displacing a large chunk of the more expensive US staff
Yes, Corporate Administrative Office is this way too. Some groups RCSA implementation.
They have been hiring a bit heavy in Manila also. The place is literally a sh-t show right now.
ECMO = Enterprise Complaints Management Office
You should document a complaint about that.
