ECMO is bloated - too many people

70 people in calls to make decisions and rinse repeat the next call - too many people trusted to approve changes. Will blow up in a year. Any other departments like thiS?

Out of curiosity, what do you mean by this?
Doesn’t ECMO have some kind of a change management program? Or are these different types of changes?
Yes, 70 people is a bit ridiculous.

They’re hiring in Manila, training them up, then displacing a large chunk of the more expensive US staff
