PIL after resignation

Left the company 3 weeks ago and haven’t received my PIL yet.
Payroll Assistance is ignoring my emails.
Any idea what to do?

Your supervisor told you to leave without signing anything? Just fill out the exit survey? Bwahaaahaaa. You hot gypped out if your PIL. Your supervisor should be NSI for pulling a scam on you

Vacation PIL takes 30 days or more. I retired June 1 and received the vacation PIL on July 1.

@OP Contact the NLRB and consult a licensed attorney who specializes in employment law. Based on on what you’ve said, you may have legal options available to you.

We’re you ranked NSI? If not and you left on your own accord, XOM owes you nothing except vacation time not taken.

HR sent you an email. Click the link and sign it. It’s as simple as that.

I have not signed anything, my supervisor didn’t ask my signature for anything, only asked me to answer the exit survey before I leave.
I told them I had x amount of vacation when I communicated my resignation and sup said the assistant would take care of it. Guess not 🙄

Did you sign the PIL paperwork and did HR receive it? You supervisor should be able to tell you.

You should not see a missed paycheck while on PIL. It went smoothly for me.

Yes, expect nobody on EM to know who you are once you leave.
