Ford truths should be pulled off the ford site so employees are not misled. Ford is not treating affected employees with compassion . Ford treating elimination of employees like a family kicking out their crack head kid.
Yes, tight NDA's in place. Almost makes you wonder if they are giving them a monetary bonus to keep their mouths shut. I know one person who signed an NDA got a quite promotion - perhaps the deal was - you get a promotion if you execute these cuts.
What u complaining about? There are Ford employees that got to hear all the official layoffs already. All the who what where and when. Before the media.

Oh, they're definitely using NDAs. And from what I hear, they're the tightest they've ever been, because there have been ZERO reliable leaks so far.
