NDAs have been in place for a while. Prior director left company and told co-worker going forward, the cuts would be faster and heavier - no department would be safe. Current LL4 was directly asked in a staff meeting if he'd signed an NDA and he said yes.

Contractors wouldn't sign a NDA. No money? No signing. The contact house pays unemployment.
