Who?? Gordon Lightfoot?? More than likely left not on good terms or we would have gotten about half dozen emails about it.
He did not agree on the banks lack of transparency regarding their delusional approach to the future of WFH/flexibility - they’ve made it too difficult to attract/retain strong talent.

In GIS, so never heard of him, but as to why people leave who are good? Because the bank sucks and does not recognize hard working associates nor do they compensate them well enough to put up with this cht.

Senior GTO exec who was leading many initiatives for commercial banking. Good guy. Knew his stuff.
Big loss for us. Surprised to hear he left. He was well-respected, so figured he'd stay until retirement.
