I hope the meeting in Arkansas teaches mananagers how to treat associates with respect and stop being so lazy.

I became a manager about 6 months ago after working for the company for close to 10 years. I was told my career wasn't going anywhere because I wouldn't be a b.......its really disheartening to see how awful people are treated. I know you have to be tough sometimes, but that doesn't mean you can't still be respectful. I never dealt with this at my first club, but since I moved all the ones I have visited treat thier associates poorly

I have always said when they swear in a new manager they make them swear on Sam Walton's book that they will be a evil, mean, cranky ba----d to the associates they manage

What I miss the most and I hope the Arkansas meeting reinstates is being carried on the broad well muscled shoulders of our managers to the time clock to start our shifts so we do not tire ourselves on such mundane tasks.
