You could not have told me anything bad about Ford in the first half of my career. You grow old and wise to the ways of the company. There will be leaders, some good and bad and many worker bees of different types of people you could never have imagined. Go rent Office Space and then scale it up to a Ford size company. The leadership is so important. I am sure Farley means well in some alternate universe...Just as his mentor Hackett did.

Unless you have "a particular set of skills", the pay is low and the candidate is "woke".
New is better. Older workers cost more money and let us face facts here, most of your skills are far from being current. We could train you, but it is just easier to hire new.
