@1fop+1ifCNBP, it’ could be either the effect or the cause of BlackRock accusing Berkshire of non disclosure of fees and risk, regardless seems a conflict of interest with two board members of BlackRock are a former CEO who is also on the board of VZ and a current CEO of VZ.

So Buffett unloads when the price takes a dive. Selling low what a brilliant strategy. Maybe cutting his losses if he thinks things will go lower?

He can’t exercise his options if they are at the bottom of the sea.

Hans got what he asked for and now he has turned Verizon into just another commodity, Verizon two dot oh. That's what you get when you hire the unscrupulous McKinsey who paid $600m settlement for it's role in the Opi--d case and paid $18m fine to the SEC for trading in companies about which it had inside info from its consulting business. All these consultant companies pawn off the same playbook to every company they do business with. No wonder Verizon is just another commodity. If you listen to the consultants, you'll soon be amongst them.

Hans, Blackrock and other assorted globalist got this wrong and underestimated the US market and oversold the network to the point of eliminating Verizon s differentiation.

Now there is no reason to buy Verizon services when you can get them cheaper from both Verizon and its competitors?

The future cash flows are questionable given the lack of serious telecom Veterans in the C suite
