What about the lawsuits against Cisco that surely must have happened(or did Cisco avoid that with quick out of court settlements?) for those three or four people who were wrongfully dismissed after making some totally rational, not in anyway offensive comments about BLM on one of those big company wide Chuck-Ins during the first COVID wave sometime around May 2020? Remember that anyone? Several normal employees simply said things on the comment board like 'why do we give so much attention to this BLM instead of the business', and another was ' All lives matter'. As it goes with wokeism no dissent allowed even if simple observations or questions - summarily labelled as heretics and were fired, apparently the same day.... Got hushed up as I could only ever find one media report about it, thereafter nothing.
Surely that could not hold up in a court even in the US where employees have few rights, could it??
