Let's see..., off the books by Sept 25, just in time to do head count for Christmas RIF.
Retired this year and took the lump sum before the rate jumped. I got out at the right time for max money for my age, years of service, and pension sum.
Depending on your numbers, waiting around for a buy out may cost more than you realize.
At this point your just really working for cash there is no future here make your cash and cash out.

Get that money fellas who are up for retirement always nice to leave with an incentive especially when you hit the number to leave. This place is going downhill fast I got 5 more years and I may not even wait if my title is offered a Surplus losing money faster than I make and I have zero faith in the leadership of this company there out for self
