Four (4) years is a long time thus ineffective so far and then no hope [no viable strategic plan and no vision and poor communicator] for continuation.
If all you care about is competency and effectiveness sure he's terrible. But he's got other great qualities. Give the man a chance. It's only been 4 years.
Bottom line, what does matter is that the current ceo is inept and ineffective!! There is no reason for the current ceo to be currently employed? What is the inept Board of Directors doing, nothing, simply pathetic!!!

Get the best person regardless of s-x, race, etc. who has a real strategy to make this company competitive again. I'm done with the we are going to change the world types that are patting themselves on their backs while our competitors are stealing our lunch.

Not reverse discrimination cuase it's always been led by who what type of people ? what color? what race ? bell Atlantic to verizon and before when it was att. only whites!!!! so for the next to be black would be a first and that won't happen they will put a white female before that ever happens.
