Indian oil explorer and producer Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC.NS) said on Wednesday it signed a Heads of Agreement (HoA) with global petroleum giant ExxonMobil Corp (XOM.N) for deepwater exploration in the country's East and West coasts.
