Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

I think Big Money Investors like Blackrock, Vanguard, and

State Street have gotten to board and Stankey told them to put a leash on that barking puppy. You don't miss cash flow by $2B in a quarter due to late payments, such a BS response and the street knows. Somehow the CFO doesn't known the business or things are not materializing as they intended. I still can't wrap my head around that big of a miss. Either way Stankey and Execs are in hiding since the earnings disaster and stock elective so you have to assume the cash flow problem will be met with more gutting of heads. ATT simply can't compete with TMobile or Verizon. They don't have the character or knowledge to do so. You can't buy up companies and expect to maintain low pe, high dividend, and cost cutting measures immediately. Never ever gave Warner a chance. Such a stupid gamble to attach ATT legacy metrics to new acquisitions. Poisons the punch bowl out of the gate. On another note I switched my family to Cricket Wireless and it is far better and cheaper than ATT. Unlimited plans and Hotspot and no contract or funny fees.

The state of the economy doesn't matter one iota when it comes to cell service and business services. People still need and want them to be a top priority in their lives! T will more than likely have solid numbers even if we are officially in a recession. Even if a person is jobless, you can be certain he/she will maintain the cell phone service.

Short term hiccup. AT&T will outperform and kick T-Mobile bu-t. Lots of malcontents will eat crow when AT&T announces results next quarter.

CFO is incompetent and should be fired. Cricket is part of AT&T. I guess this is a sign of poor internal communication

When you don't have a clue, come up with some conspiracy or whacko explanation. Secret to success.

BlackRock and Vangard have not exerted their influence on Toxic-T. Both are too busy with their ESG cr@pulance. The Stink remains untouchable.

Cricket, solid network built by AT&T. Cricket Wireless revenue is $1.9B annually. Cricket Wireless has 221 employees, and the revenue per employee ratio is $8,597,285. Cricket Wireless peak revenue was $1.9B in 202. Not a bad purchase in 2013 for $1.2B (AT&T; has 230,000 employees, and the revenue per employee ratio is $746,782). AT&T needs a haircut......
