i have been lurking on here and to my horror, all my worst fears and feelings are confirmed. i have only been here a couple of months now, but i know i will not stay longer than a year or maybe 2 (if i can stomach it). this place is truly horrible. i am shocked to be honest. next time i will do better research. there has been zero onboarding, and it is all a cluster. adios and best of luck, amigos.
