i worked for Ford since 1998 as a agency/Ford. I am a dedicated worker. Very knowledgable and customer centric. Mangament is fully aware of my ablities. What is bugging me is skilled agency folks are let go and unworhty Ford employee who play stock options everyday might be saved. Management is fully aware of these candidates, no one seems to pull the trigger on these guys. It is not at Ford it is everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why do people think it will happen on monday?
I am working today because i will still have a job on Monday.
Because I will not sink to the level of the LLx.
They sold their soul a long time ago. Mine is not for sale.
Paid for 40 hours, work 40 hours. But no more 50-80 hour work weeks to meet fake deadlines or pushing a broom behind incompetent coworkers
Because that is how I'm wired.
