I work in HMI. We handle both ICE and EV. Never had a bad review. Even got extra bonus from work I did on a program last year. With company since 2011. My boss’s boss had 1:1 with me scheduled this morning. I already knew after seeing Farley note. He just read the message with no emotion. On to bigger and better things.

You’ll be fine as Ford now has a reputation for firing their best people. Companies looking to hire know this and sn---h them up. Hopefully you’ll find a position where they value your hard work.
